Rekeying is the most affordable method of eliminating lost, stolen, or unaccountable "old" keys. Your existing locks are disassembled, and the internal "combination pins" are removed and replaced with new pins that are matched to a new key, and the lock is reassembled. The old keys no longer work, and your new keys and lock are matched to the manufacturer's original specifications. You now know exactly how many keys are available to your locks.

Master keying is the ability to have one master key operate multiple locks with different keys. Master key systems are commonly used in office buildings, large facilities, schools, hospitals, and other multi-unit facilities. Master key systems offer convenience and safety, and, when properly planned and executed, are a secure way to provide access to emergency personnel, management, and owners of multi-unit facilities.

Our expertise in master key systems is only surpassed by our desire to ensure that the proper system is implemented for each individual project.  This is accomplished through surveys of the project, interviews with the project's management team, and the tenants or company division that will occupy any particular area.

All keys in a key system are stamped with a key number.  Locks are identified with a unique Lock Identification, and together these work to maintain the information on locations and operating keys throughout the system.All critical keys, project masters, building masters, engineering and janitorial masters are tracked individually with sequential identification numbers.  When an area or suite needs to be rekeyed, or additional keys need to be ordered, a simple call to our customer service staff will get the job done. 

Key orders called in by 3:00pm will ship the same day.  Overnite Express handles our shipping, and you will receive your order the next business day. When an on-site service call is requested it is typically completed by the end of the next business day, unless a specific completion date is requested, or same day emergency service is required.  Special requests are no problem since our technical service staff is one of the most experienced in Southern California.
